Test access

This page explains helloheidi.fans for reviewers and shows the complete purchase flow step by step. You can follow it on your own – no message to Heidi and no personal reply is needed.

What helloheidi.fans is

• helloheidi.fans is operated by Heidi Bauer LLC (Miami, United States), which is also the seller.
• It sells Heidi’s own digital adult video content – nothing from third parties.
• Two kinds of products: finished videos as single purchases ($15, $35, $150) and custom videos agreed individually in the chat ($450, delivered within 14 calendar days of payment).
• Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Purchased videos stay accessible permanently.
• Access is for adults only. Content can be reported at any time: Report content.

Status: test mode

The site currently runs in test mode. No payments are accepted and nothing is charged. Every order is marked “Simulation”. In test mode:

• the payment is a simulated test payment,
• after the simulated payment the offer is unlocked and a short demo video (made from the preview image, labelled “Demo – test mode”) is played instead of the real video,
• an order confirmation with order number, date, item, price and your recorded statements is shown and can be saved.

Step by step

1. Open the test start page.
2. Confirm that you are at least 18 years old (self-declaration – see below).
3. Tap “Show offers”. The chat shows a simulated visitor question, then Heidi’s answer with the four offers.
4. Tap an offer. You see the description, length, format and price.
5. Confirm the two statements separately (terms and right of withdrawal; immediate delivery or, for custom videos, the recorded agreement) and tap “Continue to order summary”.
6. Check the order summary (item, seller, total, payment) and tap “Pay with test payment”.
7. Follow the status: payment pending → paid → unlocked. The demo video can be played.
8. Below it you find the order confirmation. “Save confirmation” downloads it as a text file.
9. For the custom video, the confirmation shows the latest delivery date (payment + 14 calendar days). “Simulation: show delivery” shows the delivered state.

Required before launch – not yet in place

• Verified age assurance for the target markets. The 18+ checkbox is only a self-declaration, not an age verification. The provider and procedure will be chosen and integrated before launch.
• Payment processing through the payment provider, with server-side payment confirmation. Unlocking happens only after a confirmed payment; failed or cancelled payments unlock nothing, repeated payment notifications change nothing twice.
• Order confirmation by email (durable medium) in addition to the confirmation shown on the site.
• Delivery of the real video files for each offer.

Until all of this is implemented and tested, the site stays in test mode.
